Children’s Term 1, 2026 Creative Sewing Classes

Come along, get creative, learn new skills, make new friends and have fun!

Give your child the enjoyment of exploring colour and design whilst becoming skilled in machine and hand sewing techniques in a relaxed, nurturing environment. Children will be inspired to create handbags, cushions, skirts, shorts, dresses, tops, pyjamas, aprons, appliquéd wall art, notebook holders, lunch bags, three dimensional owls and other animals/toys or projects of their choice. All abilities and interests are catered for. Children can work from simple projects to more advanced dressmaking using purchased patterns or creating their own. I also have many gorgeous and interesting patterns in my studio for them to choose from.

SMALL CLASSES – MAXIMUM 6 STUDENTS

A Pfaff sewing machine is provided free of charge for each student.

Over-locker machines are also available for student use.

Monday: 2nd February – 30th March, 3.30 pm – 5.30 pm

(8 classes) $350.00 

(Excluding Monday 2nd March – Labour Day Public Holiday)

Tuesday: 3rd February – 31st March, 3.30 pm – 5.30 pm 

(9 classes) $390.00

Wednesday: 4th February – 1st April, 3.30 pm – 5.30 pm

(9 classes) $390.00

Thursday: 5th February – 2nd April, 3.30 pm – 5.30 pm

(9 classes) $390.00

Friday: 6th February – 27th March, 3.30 pm – 5.30 pm

(8 classes) $350.00

Saturday: 7th February – 28th March, 9.30 am – 11.30 am

(7 classes) $310.00

(Excluding Saturday 28th February – Labour Day Weekend)
